- Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)



- Exposure to SRE principles such as observability, incident response, and service-level objectives (SLOs).
- Experience in maintaining high-availability systems and reducing toil through automation.
- Platform Knowledge - Working knowledge of:
- Operating Systems: Windows and UNIX/Linux - Networking: Basic understanding of firewalls, DNS, and VPNs - Web Applications: Familiarity with authentication flows and session management - Databases: Understanding of schema design, indexing, and access control Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills - Python Scripting - Ability to write Python scripts for automation, data processing, and integration with APIs.
- Useful for building lightweight tools or enhancing existing IAM workflows.
- XLR (XebiaLabs Release) or Chef Habitat - Familiarity with release orchestration (XLR) or application automation and packaging (Chef Habitat).
- Helps in managing infrastructure as code and deploying secure, consistent environments.
- Privilege and Access Management (PAM) - Understanding of PAM concepts such as least privilege, session recording, and credential vaulting.
- Experience with tools like RSA IGL, MARC, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or similar is a plus.
