Role Description The Senior Sales Executive role at Haul Fund is a full-time, on-site position based in the Mohali, Punjab. In this role, the Senior Sales Executive identifies and develops current business opportunities, nurtures relationships with existing clients, and manages the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure. Prior experience in cold calling, telesales, or outbound sales.

Excellent

Punjabi and English communication skills. Confident and professional while speaking with US customers.

Strong sales mindset with a focus on lead generation and conversions. Ability to handle rejection, objections, and difficult customers professionally. Good listening skills and ability to understand customer requirements. Comfortable with US accents, business terminology, and time zones. Punctual, disciplined, reliable, and target-oriented.



Strong CRM and documentation skills; all calls, leads, and follow-ups must be recorded accurately.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management, ideally in logistics, transportation, finance, or related sectors.
- Solid skills in lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to build and sustain long-term client relationships, conduct effective negotiations, and deliver compelling presentations.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic data analysis to monitor performance and inform sales decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple opportunities and priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
- Familiarity with the Mohali district market and surrounding regions is an advantage; willingness to travel locally as needed.
