Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Business Development for all product portfolio for Construction & In-service Verification Business Lines – (Products – EIA, Geotech, Design Review, QA/QC, NDT-RR. HSE Audits & Training)

- Tender Register and entry for recent inquiries, bid opening details & contract booking.

/n

- Preparing synopsis, project description & offer self-review of tenders/large proposals.

/n

- Documentation & Preparation of tenders/offers.

/n

- EMD, Tender Fee, Solvency & PBG request to Managers.

/n

- Preparing Contract acknowledgement & ensure its ZIG opening.

/n

- Tender/Offers/Correspondence letters dispatch & tracking for courier.

/n

- Co-ordinate with other area offices.

/n

- Keep track of bids/offers submitted till its final outcome.

/n

- Updating all opportunities, Offers/Contract Reviews format, Sales factor format & ZIG No. opening, in sales factor or appropriate software.

/n

- Keep track of EMD's submitted & follow up for its release.

/n /n /n Qualification, Experience & Technical Competencies /n /n

- Graduate / Diploma in Civil Engineering, MBA in marketing will be an added advantage.

/n

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales / Marketing in the relevant industry (constructions).

/n

- Should have experience of business development in core sectors such as Constructions, Infrastructure, EPC, TIC (Testing, Inspection and Certification), etc.

/n

- Should have dealt with both public sector companies and Private sector companies for tendering, negotiations and finalizations.
