B-Tex is looking for a Senior Quality Controller to join our garment manufacturing team and ensure consistent quality across our production processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct in-line and end-line quality inspections during garment production

• Identify defects and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions

- Monitor quality at different stages of production and minimise defect rates

• Ensure garments meet buyer specifications, quality standards and approved samples

• Check production against tech packs, measurement charts and quality requirements

- Coordinate with Production, Merchandising and other teams to resolve quality issues





• Conduct regular quality audits and inspections on the shop floor

- Maintain quality reports and track recurring defects

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum 1 year of experience in garment quality control

• Experience in knit garment manufacturing will be preferred

- Positive communication and coordination skills

• Ability to work effectively on the factory floor
