Role Description The Senior Property Consultant role at SZ Developers is a remote, contract position focused on guiding clients through property transactions and investment decisions. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying potential buyers and investors, conducting virtual consultations, and presenting suitable hospitality, residential, and commercial properties. The consultant will manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead follow-up, property presentations, negotiation support, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth documentation and closing.

The role involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends in Kozhikode and surrounding areas, preparing professional proposals,



and delivering consistent client service. The consultant is expected to build long-term relationships, meet sales targets, and provide strategic input on improving sales processes and customer experience.

Qualifications

- Robust client-facing Consulting skills with the ability to provide expert guidance on property selection and investment decisions.
- Minimum of 7 Years of Experience in Real Estate industry.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to conduct professional virtual meetings, respond to inquiries, and build trust with diverse clients.
- Proven Sales experience, ideally in real estate or related sectors, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Solid Real Estate knowledge, including local market trends, property valuation basics, and legal/contractual considerations.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup, manage multiple leads and tasks, and organize work efficiently.
- Proficiency with online collaboration tools, CRM or lead management systems, and digital communication channels.
- Prior experience as a property consultant, broker, or in real estate development is highly beneficial.
- Relevant diploma or degree in business, real estate, or a related field is preferred but equivalent experience will be considered.
