Role Description The Senior Project Manager is a full-time role based in Noida with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work from home flexibility. This role is responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of parking infrastructure projects, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, budgeting, and risk management.

The Senior Project

Manager will coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, logistics, inspection teams, and external partners to ensure projects meet scope, quality, safety, and timeline requirements. Daily tasks include overseeing expediting activities, reviewing progress reports, resolving operational issues,



managing client communication, and aligning projects with HPIPL’s sustainability and innovation goals. The role also involves mentoring project teams, implementing best practices, and continuously improving project execution processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, execution, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation.
- Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to monitor and accelerate deliveries, materials, and milestones across multiple projects.
- Candidates should possess Inspection skills for overseeing quality checks, compliance with standards, and site readiness before commissioning.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to coordinate transport, installation schedules, and on-site support for nationwide and international projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field; a master’s degree or PMP/Prince2 certification is an advantage.
- Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure or industrial projects, preferably in mobility, automation, or construction sectors.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication abilities, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office; familiarity with ERP or construction management software is beneficial.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace, travel to project sites as needed, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
