Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution

- Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation to closure.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, effort estimates, and resource plans.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and drive corrective actions wherever required.

Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and business stakeholders.
- Conduct project governance meetings, steering committee reviews, and status reporting.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Facilitate requirement discussions and support solutioning initiatives.

Delivery Governance
- Establish project governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms.
- Track project KPIs, SLAs, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
- Ensure compliance with organizational processes, quality standards, and best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across project execution.

Risk & Issue Management
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans proactively.
- Manage issues, escalations, dependencies, and change requests.
- Maintain risk and issue registers and provide timely updates to leadership.

Team Leadership




- Lead cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Developers, Testers, Architects, and Support teams.
- Mentor team members and foster a high-performance culture.
- Conduct regular team reviews and performance discussions.
- Ensure optimal resource utilization and capacity planning.

Financial & Resource Management
- Track project financials including effort utilization, revenue realization, margins, and forecasting.
- Manage project budgets and resource allocation.
- Support account growth opportunities and resource planning activities.

Client Relationship Management
- Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
- Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and digital transformation.
- Support business development activities, proposals, estimations, and client presentations.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification preferred.
- 10-15+ years of IT industry experience with 5+ years in Project Management roles.
- Proven experience in managing medium to large-scale IT projects/programs.
- Robust understanding of SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
