- Senior C / Interior Site Coordinator /n Project Type - Corporate Interior Design / Fit-out Projects /n Locations: Hyderabad /n Experience: Minimum 10+ years /n Deployment: Full-time at Project Site /n Role Summary /n RSP is looking for an experienced Interior Site Coordinator to represent the design team at site for large-scale /n Accenture corporate interior projects. The candidate will act as the key interface between the RSP design team, /n Client, PMC, contractors, vendors and other consultants, ensuring that the approved design intent is correctly /n translated and implemented at site. /n The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in corporate workplace interior projects and be capable of /n independently handling design coordination, site queries, shop drawings, approvals and execution-related design /n issues. /n Key Responsibilities /n • Represent the RSP Interior Design team at site and manage day-to-day design coordination. /n • Review site execution against approved GFC drawings, specifications and design intent. /n • Coordinate with Client, PMC, contractors, vendors, MEP consultants and the RSP design team. /n • Review and coordinate interior shop drawings including partitions, ceilings, flooring, wall finishes, doors, joinery, /n furniture and other interior elements. /n • Review site conditions and identify discrepancies between drawings and actual site conditions. /n • Coordinate architectural/interior works with MEP services and resolve interface and ceiling coordination issues. /n • Track and facilitate timely closure of RFIs, shop drawings, material submissions, samples and design-related /n approvals. /n • Review material and finish samples, mock-ups and installations for compliance with approved design intent. /n • Conduct regular site walks and identify deviations from approved drawings and design requirements. /n • Coordinate critical dimensions,



setting-out requirements and site measurements affecting the design. /n • Attend project/site coordination meetings and provide design-related inputs and clarifications. /n • Identify potential design and coordination issues in advance and escalate them to the appropriate design/project /n teams for timely resolution. /n • Coordinate with the RSP design team for required drawing revisions, details and site clarifications. /n • Maintain proper records of RFIs, shop drawings, design changes, approvals and site observations. /n • Monitor closure of design-related site observations and snags. /n • Provide regular progress and issue updates to the RSP Project/Design Manager. /n • Ensure that the overall design intent, quality and detailing standards are maintained throughout execution. /n Qualification &

Experience /n • Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design or Civil Engineering. /n • Minimum 10 years of relevant skilled experience, with substantial experience in corporate /n workplace/interior fit-out projects. /n RSP Design Consultants (India) Pvt Ltd - Accenture Project Page 2 /n • Strong knowledge of corporate interior construction, detailing, materials, finishes, joinery and fit-out /n methodology. /n • Proven experience in coordinating large and fast-track corporate interior projects. /n • Strong ability to read and interpret architectural, interior, shop and MEP drawings. /n • Good understanding of MEP interfaces within interior fit-out projects. /n • Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; working knowledge of Revit/BIM will be an advantage. /n • Strong communication, coordination, documentation and problem-solving skills. /n • Ability to independently represent the Design Consultant at site and coordinate with multiple stakeholders. /n Preferred Profile /n Candidates with previous experience in large corporate workplace projects for multinational clients, /n particularly projects involving multiple consultants, PMCs, contractors and specialist vendors, will be preferred.
