Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated IAM Analyst with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing user identities, access controls, and security policies across enterprise systems. This role requires a strong understanding of IAM processes, tools, and best practices to ensure secure and effective access management.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access modifications across multiple systems and applications.

- Manage role-based access controls (RBAC), least privilege access, and segregation of duties (SoD) to ensure security compliance.

- Document IAM processes, workflows, and policies for compliance and operational purposes.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve IAM governance, security controls, and compliance measures.

Skill Requirements

- 2-3 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) or IT Security.

- Hands-on experience with IAM tools (e.g., Active Directory,



Azure AD, Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk).

- Understanding of user provisioning, authentication, single sign-on (SSO), and multi-factor authentication (MFA).

- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Other RequirementsWork Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

- 1+ years of Technical Helpdesk/Customer Service/Access Management Environment.

- 1+ years of experience in IT audit, information security, or risk management, with a focus on infrastructure and/or vendor assessments.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
