Job Summary

We are looking for a Developer / BI Automation Developer with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in building dashboards, data-driven applications, automations, and integrations. The candidate will work closely with business users to understand requirements, convert them into technical solutions, and develop and maintain dashboards, reports, automations, and data workflows. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, good understanding of SQL and APIs, and preferably hands-on experience with the Google Cloud and Google Workspace ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Develop and maintain BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations based on business requirements.

Build automation solutions using Google Apps Script, Python, JavaScript, or similar technologies.

Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.

Integrate applications and dashboards with internal and external systems using REST APIs.

Work with Google Sheets, BigQuery, Looker Studio/Data Studio, and other data sources to create automated reporting solutions.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to dashboards, scripts, data pipelines, and integrations.

Perform basic query and application performance optimization.

Maintain technical documentation, process documentation, and reporting requirements.

Work with business stakeholders to understand changes and enhance existing solutions.

Perform testing, debugging, and validation before deploying solutions to production.

Skill Requirements

Must Have

1–2 years of hands-on development experience.





Solid knowledge of JavaScript and/or Python.

Good working knowledge of SQL and relational databases such as PostgreSQL/MySQL.

Experience building dashboards/reports using Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.

Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, authentication, and API integration.

Good understanding of data structures, data transformation, and basic database concepts.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to independently troubleshoot and debug issues.

Other Requirements

Preferred – Google Ecosystem

Google Apps Script and Google Workspace automation.

Google Sheets and advanced formulas/functions.

Google BigQuery.

Looker Studio / Data Studio.

Google Cloud Platform fundamentals.

Experience automating business processes using Google tools.

Good to Have

HTML/CSS and basic frontend development.

Node.js / React or similar frameworks.

Git/GitHub and basic version-control practices.

Exposure to AI/GenAI APIs or automation using AI tools.

Qualifications

Experience: 1–3 years of relevant development, BI, or automation experience.

Education: B.Tech / BE / MCA / B.Sc.

Computer

Science or equivalent technical qualification.

Candidates with strong hands-on project experience and demonstrated development capabilities will also be considered.

Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with both technical and business stakeholders
