Planning Engineer:

- Project Planning & Scheduling Develop detailed, resource-loaded project schedules using Microsoft Project, incorporating work breakdown structures (WBS) and critical path methods

(CPM).

- Prepare daily/weekly look-ahead and catch-up schedules
- Prepare Materials tracking sheet / Materials delivery plan
- Prepare rate analysis for Non tender items
- Prepare Qty Varriation statement
- Track project timelines, flag delays, and escalate critical issues promptly.
- Liaise effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including site managers, engineers to ensure alignment on project
- Prepare inputs for Weekly Reviews, Management Reviews and Client updates.
- Ensure effective communication between site and central teams to support timely decisions.

Required Qualifications & skills:

- Proven working experience of 5-10 years
- Proficiency in MS Excel with the ability to analyze, track and present project data effectively.
- Prior hands-on experience with Microsoft Project (MSP), SAP or other project scheduling/planning software.
