About MedLoc

MedLoc Physiotherapy Clinic is a patient-centric physiotherapy and rehabilitation centre focused on delivering evidence-based, ethical and personalized physiotherapy care. We are looking for a skilled and responsible Senior Physiotherapist to join our clinical team and contribute to high-quality patient care as well as day-to-day clinical operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct detailed patient assessments, clinical evaluations and functional examinations.
- Develop individualized physiotherapy treatment plans based on patient condition, goals and clinical findings.
- Provide hands-on physiotherapy treatment including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, electrotherapy and other appropriate evidence-based interventions.
- Manage patients across orthopaedic, musculoskeletal, sports injury, neurological and general rehabilitation conditions.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as required.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation, treatment records and progress notes.
- Educate patients and caregivers regarding exercises, posture, ergonomics, home-care and preventive strategies.
- Supervise and guide junior physiotherapists and interns wherever required.
- Ensure high standards of clinical practice, patient safety, hygiene and professional ethics.
- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals when required for comprehensive patient management.
- Handle clinic-based patients as well as home-visit physiotherapy services when assigned.
- Contribute towards maintaining a positive patient experience and qualified clinic environment.
- Participate in clinical discussions, case reviews and continuous learning activities.
- Support the clinic management in maintaining smooth day-to-day clinical operations.

Requirements

- Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) from a recognized institution.
- Master of Physiotherapy (MPT)

- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant clinical experience preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment-planning skills.
- Valuable knowledge of exercise therapy, manual therapy and electrotherapy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to independently manage patients and take clinical decisions within professional scope.
- Good documentation and patient-handling skills.
- Professional, punctual, responsible and patient-oriented approach.
- Willingness to undertake home visits when required.
