? Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Performance Engineer to drive the performance, scalability, and reliability of cloud-native and serverless applications.

? Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute performance, load, stress, and scalability testing

• Develop performance test scripts using JMeter, Gatling, Locust, or similar tools

• Perform performance testing for APIs, microservices, and serverless applications

• Work with AWS Lambda and troubleshoot cold starts, concurrency, scaling, and resource utilization

• Monitor application performance using CloudWatch,



Lambda Insights, Datadog, Recent Relic , or similar tools

- Identify bottlenecks and provide performance optimization recommendations

• Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines

- Collaborate with Development, DevOps, and SRE teams
- Prepare performance reports, dashboards, and analysis

? Required Skills

✅ 5+ years of experience in Performance Testing / Performance Engineering

✅ Hands-on experience with JMeter, Gatling, or Locust

✅ Strong experience with AWS and AWS Lambda / Serverless

✅ Experience in API and Microservices Performance Testing

✅ Knowledge of CloudWatch / Lambda Insights / Datadog / New Relic

✅ Strong understanding of Load, Stress, Scalability, and Endurance Testing

✅ Programming/scripting experience in Python or Java

✅ Experience with CI/CD and cloud infrastructure
