Position Overview /n We are seeking an experienced Oracle CX Sales & ICM Consultant to lead the end-to-end design, implementation, and optimization of our Oracle Fusion Cloud CX suite. /n In this role, you will play a critical part in modernizing our CRM ecosystem by migrating legacy interfaces to the Oracle Redwood User Experience using Visual Builder Studio (VBS). /n You will work directly with business stakeholders to align sales processes, compensation plans, and partner strategies with cutting-edge cloud capabilities /n Key Responsibilities /n /n /n

- CX Sales & ICM Implementation: Lead requirement gathering workshops, solution design, configuration, and deployment for Oracle CX Sales (Engagement Cloud) and Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) modules.

- Redwood UI Transformation: Drive the functional and visual migration from classic CX interfaces to Oracle Redwood UI using Express Mode and Visual Builder Studio (VBS).

/n

- Incentive Compensation Configuration: Design complex commission structures, credit rules, performance measures, plan components, payment processing, and dispute management workflows.

/n

- Core Sales Module Management: Configure Lead/Prospect management, Account/Contact hierarchies, Territory Management, and Sales Forecasting.

/n

- Extensibility & Analytics: Utilize Groovy Scripting for custom business logic, Object Management, Triggers, and Assignment Manager. Build interactive real-time reports using OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence)



and custom BI Publisher reports.

/n

- Testing & Support: Create unit test scripts, lead System Integration Testing (SIT), and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) during upgrade or migration cycles.

/n /n Required Qualifications & Skills /n /n /n

- Core Experience: 7+ years of hands-on experience implementing or supporting Oracle CX Sales and Oracle Incentive Compensation (ICM).

/n

- Redwood UI Expertise: Proven hands-on experience configuring Redwood pages, enabling Redwood opt-ins/features, and extending Redwood UI via Visual Builder Studio (VBS).

/n

- Technical Proficiency:

/n

- Application Composers, Custom Objects, and Groovy Scripting.

/n

- Functional knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for CX integrations.

/n

- OTBI Analytics & BI Publisher report generation.

/n

- Business Acumen: Deep understanding of Sales Performance Management (SPM), compensation structures, credit allocation, and CRM lifecycles.

/n

- Certifications (Preferred):

/n

- Oracle Fusion CX Sales Certified Implementation Specialist

/n

- Oracle Sales Performance Management / Incentive Compensation Certified Specialist

- Successful migration and adoption rate of Redwood UI components.

/n

- Accuracy and timeliness of compensation calculations and payout runs.

/n

- System optimization resulting in higher sales team user adoption and lower page latency.
