Job Title: Sr. OPEX Engineer – HR Excellence

Location: Chhatral, Gujarat

Experience: 8–10 Years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering

Salary: Up to ₹1,00,000 per month

Certifications: TPM / Lean Six Sigma / 5S / Lead Auditor / Internal Auditor preferred

We are looking for a Sr. OPEX Engineer – HR Excellence with strong experience in Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement and people-performance systems within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

- Hands-on experience in PMS, KRA and KPI implementation
- Experience in HR Excellence, employee performance improvement, training and induction
- Robust knowledge of 5S, Lean, TPM, Kaizen and Systematic Problem Solving




- Experience in process standardization and cross-functional improvement projects
- Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives
- Analyze performance gaps and support improvement actions
- Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills
- Manufacturing-industry experience is preferred
