RESPONSIBILITIES

- Ensure identification and execution of improvement projects using Lean tools.

- Drive cycle-time reduction, yield improvement, and throughput enhancement.

- Support reduction of changeover time (product-to-product and batch-to-batch cleaning).

- Ensure execution of Yellow Belt and Green Belt projects to reduce market complaints.

- Perform and manage root cause analysis activities.

- Review and support the effectiveness and implementation of CAPA.

- Conduct capacity assessments and optimize manpower utilization.

- Ensure all improvement initiatives comply with cGMP, GDP, Safety, and other regulatory requirements.

DESIRED SKILLS

- Hands-on experience with VSM, SMED, 5S, and SPC

- Experience in Lean Six Sigma White/Yellow/Green Belt certification preferred

- Knowledge of pharmaceutical processes: granulation, compression, coating, capsule filling, and packing

- Solid proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Gantt charts; Minitab experience preferred

- Hands-on experience in product robustness
