Role Description The Junior Merchandiser role at Naukripay group is a full time, on-site position based in Jaipur.

The Junior

Merchandiser will assist in managing product assortments, monitoring stock levels, and coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely product availability. Daily responsibilities include tracking sales performance, supporting visual merchandising standards, and helping implement promotional activities in retail environments.



The role involves collaborating with sales and marketing teams to align merchandising plans with customer demand and brand guidelines, while maintaining accurate records of inventory movements and product presentations.

The Junior

Merchandiser is expected to support store staff with product information and contribute to an engaging, customer-focused shopping experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and retail staff.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service and Retail skills to support store operations and ensure a positive experience for shoppers.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to understand product performance, support sales targets, and contribute to revenue growth.
- Candidates should possess Marketing skills to assist with in-store promotions, product displays, and brand-aligned merchandising strategies.
- Basic understanding of merchandising principles, inventory management, and retail operations.
- Ability to work onsite in Jaipur, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel or similar tools for reporting and tracking stock and sales data.
- Educational background in commerce, business, retail management, or a related field is preferred; prior internship or entry-level experience in merchandising or retail is an advantage.
