Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Microsoft Copilot Studio & Azure AI Consultant / Solution Architect to join a short-term, high-impact secondment engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI, Azure Functions, API Integration, and SharePoint, along with the ability to design solutions, understand business requirements, troubleshoot technical challenges, and contribute directly to development.

This role is ideal for a senior consultant who can work independently, engage with stakeholders, and deliver solutions from day one.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Develop and integrate Copilot/AI solutions with APIs and enterprise applications.
- Work with Azure Functions for backend logic and integrations.
- Design and implement solutions involving SharePoint and Microsoft ecosystem technologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across Copilot, Azure AI, APIs, and integrations.
- Participate in solution architecture, technical discussions, and design decisions.
- Support development activities and provide hands-on technical contribution.
- Work with stakeholders to understand requirements, explain technical solutions, and provide recommendations.
- Follow and contribute to CI/CD and deployment processes.




- Collaborate effectively with wider technical and business teams.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, secure, and aligned with business requirements.

Mandatory Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Strong expertise in Azure AI
- Hands-on experience with Azure Functions
- Strong knowledge of API Integration
- Experience with SharePoint
- Good understanding of CI/CD
- Strong Solution Design / Architecture capabilities
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Candidate Profile

- 57+ years of relevant IT/technology experience
- Strong experience in Microsoft technologies, particularly Copilot Studio and Azure AI
- Able to work across both solution consulting and hands-on development
- Capable of independently understanding requirements and proposing technical solutions
- Comfortable working in a client/stakeholder-facing environment
- Solid analytical and troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to contribute effectively from Day 1
- Experience working in consulting, solution architecture, or technology implementation roles will be preferred.

Important

This is a niche requirement, and candidates must have strong practical experience across Microsoft Copilot Studio + Azure AI, along with the supporting Azure integration technologies.

Candidates with strong communication skills and the ability to independently handle both consulting and hands-on technical responsibilities are highly preferred.
