About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Senior Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize marketing initiatives that strengthen brand visibility, generate business opportunities, and drive customer engagement.

The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of digital and traditional marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to independently manage campaigns from planning to execution.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Planning

- Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
- Identify target audiences, market opportunities, and emerging trends.
- Conduct competitor and market research.
- Develop campaign concepts and promotional strategies.

Digital Marketing
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across relevant platforms.
- Coordinate social media, content marketing, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and paid advertising activities.
- Work closely with the social media and creative teams to ensure effective content execution.
- Monitor digital campaigns and optimize them based on performance.

Campaign Management
- Take ownership of marketing campaigns from ideation to execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, vendors, designers, content creators, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered within timelines and budgets.




- Track campaign performance and recommend improvements.

Lead Generation & Business Support
- Develop strategies for generating qualified leads and business enquiries.
- Work closely with the sales/business development team.
- Track leads generated through different marketing channels.
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates.

Brand & Content
- Ensure consistency in brand communication across marketing channels.
- Contribute to content strategy, promotional campaigns, events, and brand initiatives.
- Work with creative teams to develop marketing collateral, presentations, advertisements, and promotional materials.

Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor marketing KPIs and campaign performance.
- Prepare weekly/monthly marketing reports.
- Analyze customer engagement, leads, conversions, campaign ROI, and other relevant metrics.
- Use data and insights to improve marketing decisions.

Team & Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate with junior marketing executives and other members of the marketing team.
- Manage external agencies, freelancers, influencers, and vendors when required.
- Ensure timely delivery of marketing activities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
