At DEAL Automations , we are looking for a passionate and creative Design Engineer with a strong focus on designing Special Purpose Machines (SPMs) and Industrial Automation Systems .

We are looking for someone who can think beyond conventional design approaches and develop innovative, reliable, and cost-effective engineering solutions .

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

? Robust experience in SPM & Automation Machine Design

? Creative approach towards concept development & problem-solving

? Focus on cost-effective and optimized designs

? Good understanding of mechanical systems, mechanisms & automation

? Ability to convert customer requirements into practical machine concepts

? Strong attention to quality, functionality, aesthetics & manufacturability

⚙ REQUIRED SKILLS

- BE / BTech / Diploma – Mechanical Engineering
- Strong hands-on experience in SPM / Automation design
- Advanced proficiency in SolidWorks
- Good knowledge on Selection of material based on Particular Application,




- Based on Complexity & Precision of the application Engineer Should be Competent in Selection of Standard Elements Like Pneumatic Cylinders, Hydro Pneumatic Cylinders, Servo Cylinders, Laser Marking Units, leak Testing, Functionality Testing, LVDT'S, etc..
- Good understanding of manufacturability, assembly, and GD&T;
- Ability to lead design activities and coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Strong ownership from Concept → Design → Manufacturing → Assembly → Commissioning
