About the Role

This role owns the data and planning backbone of CaaS operations — logistics, inventory, and infrastructure planning — so decisions across the network are made on real numbers rather than instinct. Acting as the counterpart to the Warehouse Execution lead, this person owns the forecasts, plans, and vendor/asset decisions that execution teams run against, while driving ERP adoption and building the analytics that keep leadership informed.

What You Will Do

1. Own logistics and inventory planning across the CaaS network, keeping plans grounded in real-time data
2. Plan infrastructure requirements including blast freezers and other capital assets needed for network growth
3. Own asset management and resource optimisation across warehouses and freezing stations
4. Act as checker/approver for new infrastructure or resource requirements raised from the field, recommending decisions to the final capex owner
5. Drive Zoho ERP implementation and adoption across both customer-facing and internal team workflows
6. Ensure all transactions are recorded digitally,



closing gaps in manual or offline processes
7. Build and manage vendor partnerships; design vendor assessment frameworks and performance scorecards
8. Track and report team and vendor performance to management on a regular cadence
9. Build dashboards and MIS reporting using Power BI, Python, or other analytics tools to support decision-making
10. Partner closely with the Warehouse Execution lead (a peer-level role) to translate plans into on-ground execution
11. Manage a team of 4–10 people within the S&OP;/planning function

What We're Looking For

1. 8–10 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain S&OP;, with a strong data/planning orientation (cold-chain/logistics background preferred, but FMCG/manufacturing/3PL backgrounds also considered)
2. Hands-on, working proficiency in Power BI and Python for dashboard and report building — not just familiarity
3. Experience with ERP systems and driving digital process adoption (Zoho experience a plus)
4. Experience in vendor management, including building performance scorecards/assessments
5. Robust analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into operational decisions
6. Experience managing a team of similar size (4–10 people)
7. Based in or willing to relocate to Bengaluru
8. Minimal travel required for this role
