About the Role

Adwin Advisory Services is looking for an experienced professional to join our Internal Audit & Risk Advisory practice as a Senior Manager .

The role offers an prospect to lead high-impact internal audit, risk advisory and governance engagements across organisations and industries, work closely with senior management teams, and contribute to strengthening business processes, controls and risk management frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end internal audit and risk advisory assignments.
- Understand business processes, identify key risks and evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls.
- Develop risk-based internal audit plans and detailed audit programmes.
- Review operational, financial and process controls and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Lead client interactions with senior management and process owners.
- Identify business, operational, financial and compliance risks and provide practical recommendations.
- Review audit observations and ensure that recommendations are commercially relevant and value-accretive.
- Prepare and review high-quality audit reports and management presentations.
- Manage multiple engagements, timelines and teams simultaneously.
- Guide, mentor and review the work of junior team members.
- Support practice development, client relationships and new engagement opportunities.





Candidate Profile We are looking for professionals with:
- 8–12 years of relevant experience in Internal Audit, Risk Advisory, Process Audit or related consulting assignments.
- Qualification as CA, ACMA or MBA (Finance) .
- Strong understanding of internal controls, risk management, business processes and governance.
- Experience in independently managing audit assignments and client relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent report-writing, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to lead teams and engage confidently with senior management.
- A practical, business-oriented approach to risk and controls.
