Role Description

CONA Footwear is seeking an experienced Senior E-commerce Manager to lead and manage the company’s presence across major online marketplaces, including Amazon, Myntra and Flipkart. The E-commerce Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Agra. This role is responsible for managing and optimising online sales channels, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory visibility on e-commerce platforms.

The E-commerce Manager will monitor site performance, analyse traffic and conversion data, and implement strategies to improve customer experience and sales. Daily tasks include coordinating with marketing and sales teams, overseeing digital campaigns and merchandising, managing relationships with online marketplaces, and ensuring timely order processing and customer communication. The role also involves tracking competitor activity, preparing performance reports, and recommending actions to drive growth in online revenue.





Qualifications & Responsibilities

- Strong E-Commerce and Sales skills to manage online marketplaces, drive revenue, and meet sales targets.
- Analytical skills to interpret performance data, monitor KPIs, and make data-driven decisions.
- Effective Communication and Marketing skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and execute digital campaigns.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms, product catalog management, and online merchandising tools.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools (such as Google Analytics or marketplace dashboards) to optimise conversion and customer experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Agra, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail in a rapid-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field; prior experience in footwear, fashion, or retail e-commerce is an advantage.
