Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior Manager – Mutual Fund Operations with strong experience in handling end-to-end Mutual Fund operational activities and managing multiple stakeholders.

The role will involve managing client onboarding for Demat and Non-Demat clients, NAV-related activities, SIP and NACH/e-Mandate processing, AMC and RTA coordination, scheme master maintenance, MIS and regulatory reporting.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, timely resolution of queries and escalations, and adherence to defined SLAs and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and monitor client onboarding activities for individual and corporate clients.
- Monitor NAV upload/download activities and coordinate with relevant stakeholders in case of any issues.
- Manage NACH/e-Mandate registration and ensure timely processing as per regulatory requirements.
- Handle SIP feeds and coordinate with service providers for timely processing.




- Monitor AMC and Mutual Fund scheme updates, including NFOs and relevant circulars.
- Coordinate with AMCs, RTAs, members and other stakeholders for operational activities and issue resolution.
- Prepare and monitor MIS and support regulatory reporting requirements.
- Handle operational queries and escalations and ensure timely closure.
- Monitor daily activities against defined SLAs and TATs.
- Manage and guide the operations team to ensure smooth and accurate processing.
- Support process improvements and other Mutual Fund operational activities as required
