Job Title: Senior Manager

Location: Mumbai

Process: International Voice Process Sales / Telesales

Domain: Insurance preferred

Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate

Experience:

- Minimum 12 years of overall experience.
- Mandatory experience in International Voice Process.
- Mandatory experience in International Voice Sales / Telesales.
- Minimum 2 -3 years of Manager-level experience on paper.
- Current/previous designation should be Manager / Senior Manager / equivalent leadership role.

Must Have Skills:

- Strong experience in International Voice Sales / Telesales.
- End-to-end sales experience including lead generation, pitching, objection handling, conversion and target achievement.
- Experience managing sales teams and driving business targets.
- Strong knowledge of sales KPIs, conversion, productivity and quality metrics.
- Hands-on experience with Dialer Strategies and CRM tools.
- Solid people management, leadership and performance management skills.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage International Voice Sales / Telesales operations.
- Drive teams to achieve sales, revenue, conversion and productivity targets.




- Manage end-to-end telesales operations and ensure consistent business performance.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans.
- Manage, coach and develop Team Leaders and sales teams.
- Monitor key sales metrics and take corrective actions to improve performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching and feedback.
- Identify skill gaps and drive training and development initiatives.
- Analyze sales data and implement process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to quality, compliance and process requirements.
- Work with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure smooth operations.

Preferred Profile:

- Candidates with International Insurance Sales / Insurance Telesales experience will be preferred.
- Candidates with strong International Voice Sales / Telesales experience from other domains can also be considered.

Shift: 9 Hours Working Days: 5 Days | Rotational Week-off

Mode of Work: Work From Office
