What are we looking for?

The Senior Manager – Business Data & MIS will be responsible for managing the business data ecosystem, MIS, reporting and hierarchy management for the entire Agency Business Partner Channel. The role will act as the central data and MIS owner for the channel, ensuring accurate, timely and actionable information is available to business leadership and key stakeholders for performance management, business reviews, contests, R&R; and decision-making.

Work Experience

- Graduate / Postgraduate in any relevant discipline; MBA / equivalent qualification preferred.

Essential Qualification

- Relevant experience in MIS, business analytics, data management or sales operations, preferably within the insurance / financial services industry.
- Experience of working with large sales organizations and multiple layers of hierarchy will be preferred.




- Prior experience in an agency or distribution environment will be an advantage.

Preferred Skills

- Strong understanding of the Agency Business Partner / Variable Agency business model.
- Good understanding of the complete agency ecosystem, including advisors, partners, employees, branches and sales hierarchy.
- Strong proficiency in MIS and data management.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and preferably experience with Power BI / business dashboards.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving capability.
- Ability to work with large datasets and multiple data sources.
- Strong attention to detail and high ownership for data accuracy.
- Good understanding of business metrics and performance measurement.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven business environment.
