– Senior Legal Executive

Position: Senior Legal Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and independent Senior Legal Executive with 7–10 years of relevant experience in Hospitality, Real Estate, Civil/Construction, and Commercial matters. The candidate should be capable of independently handling legal matters, documentation, negotiations, agreements, compliance, and coordination with external advocates, consultants, government authorities, clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently manage day-to-day legal matters related to Hospitality, Real Estate, Civil and Construction projects.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize various agreements, contracts, MOUs, lease agreements, leave & license agreements, vendor agreements, service agreements, consultancy agreements, and commercial contracts.
- Handle land-related legal matters, including title documents, lease/Leave & License agreements, development agreements, and related documentation and due diligence.
- Manage and review 7/12 extracts, land records, registrations, and appeals before the Tahsildar and other relevant authorities.
- Conduct legal due diligence of land, property, project, and commercial documents.
- Review property/title documents and identify potential legal risks and liabilities.
- Handle legal documentation related to hospitality projects, food courts, wayside amenities, commercial properties, contractors, vendors, and business partners.
- Coordinate independently with external advocates,



solicitors, consultants, government authorities, clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Manage litigation and non-litigation matters, including monitoring cases, notices, replies, and legal proceedings through external counsels.
- Draft and issue legal notices, replies, letters, undertakings, declarations, affidavits, and other legal correspondence.
- Review contracts from a legal and commercial perspective and advise management on potential risks.
- Ensure timely renewal, execution, registration, stamping, and maintenance of agreements and legal documents.
- Conduct 360-degree legal and risk analysis of land, property, contractual, and other business-related matters, identifying potential risks and recommending appropriate mitigation measures.
- Support the organization in matters relating to property disputes, contractual disputes, construction-related issues, recovery matters, and commercial disputes.
- Coordinate with project, procurement, finance, operations, HR, and management teams on legal and contractual matters.
- Ensure compliance with applicable central, state, local, real estate, construction, municipal, and hospitality-related laws and regulations.
- Maintain a systematic record of all agreements, legal notices, cases, property documents,



licenses, approvals, and statutory documents.
- Track legal deadlines, renewals, notices, agreements, court matters, and other critical legal compliances.
- Provide practical and timely legal advice to management and business teams.
- Independently identify legal risks and recommend appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
- Handle multiple legal matters simultaneously with minimum supervision.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong knowledge of Real Estate, Property, Civil/Construction, Commercial and Contract Laws.
- Hands-on experience in agreement drafting, contract review, legal negotiations, and due diligence.
- Strong understanding of land and property documentation.
- Experience in handling litigation through external advocates/counsels.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Solid follow-up and stakeholder-management abilities.
- Ability to understand commercial requirements and provide practical legal solutions.
- Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good command of MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.

Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates with experience in Hospitality, Real Estate Developers, Construction/Civil Companies, Infrastructure, Food Courts, Wayside Amenities, Commercial Projects, or Property Management will be preferred.

The ideal candidate should be mature, proactive, commercially aware, solution-oriented, and capable of independently managing the organization's legal portfolio.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
