Senior Lead – Film & Motion Graphics /n /n Location: Bengaluru /n Experience: 8–12+ years /n /n The Role /n We are looking for a Senior Lead – Film & Motion Graphics who can bring together film editing, motion graphics, animation and visual storytelling to create high-impact AV content for events, brands and digital platforms. /n /n You will own projects from concept to final output—translating creative ideas into compelling films, animations and motion-led visual experiences while working closely with our Creative, Design, Production and Marketing teams. /n /n What You’ll Do /n /n

- Lead end-to-end film editing, motion graphics, animation and post-production for high-impact projects.

/n

- Translate creative briefs and directorial concepts into strong visual narratives.

/n

- Create films, show content, event visuals, brand films, animations and large-format LED content.

/n

- Bring strong expertise in After Effects, Premiere Pro and other relevant editing/motion tools.

/n

- Work across 2D/3D animation, compositing, VFX, typography and visual effects.

/n

- Collaborate with Creative, Art, Design, Production and Marketing teams to deliver sharp,



timely outputs.

/n

- Mentor the AV team and raise the creative and technical bar of the function.

/n

- Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within tight timelines.

/n /n /n What We’re Looking For /n /n

- 8–12+ years of experience across film editing, motion graphics, animation or post-production.

/n

- A strong portfolio/show reel demonstrating both film and motion graphics expertise.

/n

- Excellent understanding of visual storytelling, editing, composition, pacing and design.

/n

- Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro; 3D experience is a strong advantage.

/n

- Someone who is conceptually strong, technically sharp and hands-on.

/n

- Experience in events, advertising, entertainment, experiential or brand content is preferred.

/n

- Solid communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills.
