AIC Iron Industries Private Limited is looking for an experienced Senior Executive – ERP with strong hands-on experience in Lighthouse ERP and a background in the Steel / Manufacturing Industry.

Position: Senior Executive – Lighthouse ERP

Location: Kolkata

Industry: Steel / Manufacturing

Experience: 5–10 Years

ERP: Lighthouse ERP – Mandatory

Key Responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day Lighthouse ERP support to users across different departments.
- Manage and support ERP modules including Finance, Purchase, Inventory, Production, Sales & Dispatch.
- Coordinate with business users to understand ERP-related requirements and resolve issues.
- Monitor ERP transactions and ensure accurate and timely data entry.
- Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and coordinate with the technical team/vendor whenever required.
- Support implementation, modification,



and optimization of ERP processes.
- Generate and maintain ERP reports as per business requirements.
- Ensure smooth integration of ERP processes across Purchase, Stores, Production, Sales and Finance.
- Maintain proper documentation of ERP issues, solutions, and process changes.

Candidate Profile: 5–10 years of relevant ERP experience

Lighthouse ERP experience is mandatory

Steel / Manufacturing industry experience is mandatory

Strong understanding of ERP processes and business workflows

Valuable knowledge of SQL / Database preferred

Knowledge of Windows Server & basic networking will be an advantage

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good communication and coordination skills
