Job Title: Senior Internal Auditor Manager

Experience: 15+ Years The Internal Auditor will be responsible for ensuring financial accuracy, inventory control, operational efficiency, and statutory compliance across the organization. The role involves conducting audits, identifying risks, ensuring adherence to company policies, and recommending process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct financial audits including accounting records, cash, bank transactions, payments, purchases, sales, and expenses.
- Verify payroll, wages, overtime, incentives, and statutory deductions.
- Perform physical verification of raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), finished goods, and fixed assets.
- Audit inventory movements, stock reconciliation, and asset records.
- Review production processes, material consumption, wastage, rejection, and productivity.
- Audit procurement activities, supplier selection, purchase orders, goods receipt, and vendor payments.
- Verify attendance, employee records, payroll processing, and compliance with labour laws.
- Ensure compliance with GST, PF, ESI, Factories Act, Income Tax, SEDEX, BSCI, WRAP, ISO standards, and other statutory requirements.
- Evaluate internal controls,



identify process gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
- Assess financial and operational risks and investigate irregularities or policy violations.
- Prepare audit reports, present findings to management, and follow up on corrective actions.
- Support process improvements, cost-saving initiatives, and ERP-related audit activities.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- CA, CA Inter, CMA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification is preferred.

Required Experience

- 10–15 years of Internal Audit experience in Garment, Textile, Apparel, Hotel, or Manufacturing industries.
- Valuable knowledge of financial, inventory, production, procurement, payroll, and compliance audits.
- Experience with ERP systems and Advanced MS Excel is preferred.
