– Senior Internal Auditor Job Title: Senior Internal Auditor Department: Finance / Internal Audit Employment Type: Full-time Experience: 5–7 years or more Qualification: Degree / Post Graduation in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Professional Qualification: CA Inter / CMA / CIA preferred Industry Preference: Manufacturing & Trading Salary: ₹50,000 per month Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Internal Auditor to oversee internal audit activities, evaluate financial and operational controls, identify risks, and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. The ideal candidate should have 5–7 years or more of experience in internal auditing, preferably in manufacturing and trading companies, with strong knowledge of accounting, auditing, risk management, and internal control systems.

Key Responsibilities - Plan and execute internal audit activities across various departments.

- Conduct financial, operational, and compliance audits.

- Review accounting records, financial transactions, and supporting documents.

- Evaluate internal controls and identify weaknesses, risks, and process gaps.

- Verify compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.

- Conduct inventory, stock, purchase, sales, and expense audits.

- Identify financial irregularities, process inefficiencies, and potential fraud risks.

- Prepare detailed internal audit reports with findings and recommendations.





- Follow up on audit observations and ensure corrective actions are implemented.

- Coordinate with Finance, Accounts, Operations, Procurement, Stores, and other departments.

- Assist management in strengthening internal controls and improving operational efficiency.

- Maintain proper audit documentation and working papers.

- Support management in risk assessment and development of control measures.

Required Skills - Strong knowledge of accounting and internal auditing principles.

- Valuable understanding of financial and operational controls.

- Experience in manufacturing and/or trading company audits is preferred.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems.

- Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.

- Ability to independently conduct audits and present findings to management.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional ethics.

Preferred Candidates

Candidates with CA Inter, CMA, or CIA qualification will be preferred.

Experience handling internal audits in manufacturing or trading organizations will be an added advantage.

Salary: ₹50,000 per month Experience: 5–7 years or more

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹1,735,546.84 per month
