Job Summary

We are looking for a highly creative, detail-oriented, and experienced Senior Interior Designer with 10+ years of experience in residential, commercial, and/or hospitality projects. The role involves leading projects from concept development through execution, managing design teams, coordinating with clients and consultants, and ensuring projects are completed within timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the complete interior design process from concept development to final execution.
- Understand client requirements, design preferences, functional needs, and budgets.
- Prepare layouts, 2D drawings, mood boards, design presentations, and material selections.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, contractors, and site teams.
- Conduct site visits and supervise execution to ensure design intent is maintained.
- Review drawings, design details, material specifications, and project deliverables.
- Guide and mentor junior designers and monitor their deliverables.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely completion.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, quality, and design standards.
- Resolve design and execution-related issues effectively.




- Stay updated with current interior design trends, materials, finishes, and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Interior Design or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in interior designing.
- Experience in residential, commercial, and/or hospitality projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office.
- Knowledge of 3ds Max, Revit, or other visualization tools will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and interior detailing.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Strong portfolio showcasing completed interior design projects.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
- Strong team leadership and project management abilities.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
