As we continue to grow our headcount, we realized the need to have an HR partner. You will be everything HR at Billion BaseCamp.
Who you are:
- You can communicate well and maintain confidentiality.
- You can develop, explain, and interpret HR policies.
- You have experience in talent acquisition. We have over a dozen open positions currently.
- Prior working experience in a start-up organization is beneficial.
This is on site job in Kalyani Nagar, Pune. There is a possibility to later move to a fully WFH mode.
Compensation:
- INR 7 to 9 lakhs per annum.
