Role & responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment
- Good understanding of training & development
- Employee engagement and employee relations skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong coordination and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to work effectively with shop-floor employees and management
- HR analytics and reporting skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and HRMS/HRIS
- Ability to handle multiple HR activities in a fast-paced manufacturing workplace
Preferred candidate profile
- MBA/PGDM/MSW in Human Resources
- 37 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Hands-on experience in recruitment, training & development and employee engagement is preferred.
- Kannada, English, Hindi Language proficiency
