Job Summary:

Skyocean Shipping is looking for a Senior HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and support recruitment, employee relations, attendance, payroll coordination, and HR administration. The candidate should be organized, approachable, and capable of handling HR responsibilities in a fast-paced shipping and logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage recruitment, candidate screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding.

- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.

- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs and ensure accurate employee data.

- Handle employee queries, grievances, and day-to-day HR matters.

- Support performance appraisals, employee engagement, and training activities.

- Implement company HR policies and maintain proper HR procedures.

- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and company requirements.





- Prepare HR reports and provide regular updates to management.

- Support the HR Manager in various HR and administrative activities.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 3–5 years of relevant HR experience.

- Good knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Valuable working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.

- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
