Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can take ownership of visual design across YouTube, social media, branding, and marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have a strong creative eye, excellent understanding of digital content, and the ability to transform ideas, scripts, and briefs into high-impact visuals that drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Design high-performing YouTube thumbnails with a strong focus on CTR and audience engagement.
- Create engaging social media posts, carousel designs, reel covers, and campaign creatives.
- Develop creative visuals for branding, marketing, and promotional campaigns.
- Translate scripts, concepts, and content ideas into compelling visual designs.
- Maintain strong visual consistency across all brand communication.
- Take ownership of design projects from concept to final delivery.
- Collaborate with content, social media, and marketing teams to understand creative requirements.
- Explore new design trends, formats, and visual approaches to improve content performance.
- Deliver high-quality designs within defined timelines.
- Review and refine creatives based on feedback and performance insights.

Requirements

- 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design or a related creative role.




- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar design tools.
- Strong understanding of composition, typography, color theory, hierarchy, and visual storytelling.
- Proven experience designing for YouTube and social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of thumbnail design, audience psychology, and CTR-driven creative thinking.
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of visual quality.
- Ability to take creative ownership rather than simply executing instructions.

Good to Have

- Experience working with finance, ed-tech, media, or creator brands.
- Understanding of YouTube analytics and thumbnail performance.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics / video editing.
- Experience creating designs for large-scale digital audiences.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating YouTube thumbnails, social media creatives, branding, and campaign designs.
