What we’re looking for

- Strong command of Adobe Photoshop
- Ability to create original designs from scratch




- Valuable understanding of current social media & design trends
- Strong sense of layout, typography, colors, and visual hierarchy
- Creative thinking with attention to detail
- Ability to work on social media posts, ad creatives, banners, and other brand requirements
- Someone who can understand a brief and bring their own creative ideas to it

We are looking for a designer with strong hands-on design skills, not someone who is dependent on AI-generated creatives or ready-made templates. AI tools can be used for assistance, but your core creativity and Photoshop skills should lead the design.
