Role Description The Senior Graphic Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Aliganj. This position is responsible for developing and executing high-quality visual concepts for branding campaigns, marketing materials, social media content, and digital assets. Day-to-day tasks include designing logos, crafting brand identities, selecting and applying typography, and producing graphics that align with client goals and project briefs.

Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, present design ideas, refine concepts based on feedback, and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.



This role also involves mentoring junior designers, maintaining brand consistency, and staying current with design trends and tools.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio demonstrating diverse creative work.
- Proven experience in Logo Design and Branding, including developing complete visual identity systems.
- Advanced understanding of Typography and its application across print and digital media.
- Expertise in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma or similar).
- Ability to translate client requirements into clear visual concepts and design solutions.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills for handling multiple projects.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience presenting and defending design decisions.
- Several years of professional graphic design experience; agency or production house background is an advantage.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
