Job Overview

We are looking for a visionary and strategic Senior Graphic Designer to lead our visual communications and elevate our brand identity. You will own design projects from concept to completion, shape engaging digital and print assets, Implement creative Ideas and guide junior creative talent.

Role & responsibilities

- Creative Execution: Design high-impact visual assets for digital campaigns, social media, web, packaging, and collaterals.
- Brand Stewardship: Enforce and evolve comprehensive brand guidelines to ensure a consistent visual language across all platforms.
- Team Guidance: Mentor junior/mid-level designers and review creative outputs to maintain top-tier design standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing and product teams to translate business goals into compelling creative strategies.
- Quality Assurance:



Ensure all deliverables meet technical standards, aesthetic goals, and strict project deadlines.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience: 2 to 5 years of qualified graphic design experience (agency or in-house). A strong portfolio showcasing multi-platform design work is mandatory.
- Technical Expertise: Expert-level command over Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and layout tools like Figma.
- Core Competencies: Exceptional grasp of typography, color theory, layout composition, and grid structures.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, project management abilities, and a collaborative mindset.
