Role Description The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for leading the creation of high-quality visual concepts and designs across digital and print media, aligned with client brand guidelines and campaign objectives. This full-time, on-site role, based in Ahmedabad, involves collaborating closely with marketing, web, and mechanical design teams to develop brand identities, logos, layouts, and promotional materials for a wide range of industries.

Daily activities include brainstorming and conceptualizing design directions, creating and refining graphics, preparing final files for production,



and ensuring visual consistency across platforms.

The Senior Graphic

Designer will mentor junior designers, manage multiple projects and deadlines, and participate in client discussions to translate business goals into clear visual solutions. The role also includes staying current with design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously elevate the creative output of the studio.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio demonstrating creative, strategic, and high-quality work.
- Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding to develop and refine distinctive visual identities for diverse clients.
- Advanced understanding of Typography and layout principles to produce legible, engaging, and aesthetically balanced designs.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma or similar).
- Ability to manage end-to-end design projects, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Experience in designing for both digital (social media, web, email) and print (brochures, packaging, signage) formats.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent qualified experience.
- Prior experience in a senior or lead design role within an agency or design consultancy is highly beneficial.
