About the Role

We are looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer with 3–6 years of professional experience to join our team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in CorelDRAW (CDR) and a proven ability to design high-quality marketing and promotional creatives across both print and digital platforms.

The candidate should have excellent knowledge of booklet designing, brochures, flyers, social media creatives, and other marketing collaterals, along with a good understanding of layout, typography, colors, and visual communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging social media posts, banners, digital creatives, and promotional graphics, booklets, brochures, flyers, catalogues, leaflets, posters, and other print materials.
- Work extensively on CorelDRAW (CDR) for professional graphic designing and print-ready artwork.
- Develop designs based on brand guidelines, campaign requirements, and creative briefs.
- Prepare artwork for printing while ensuring proper dimensions, resolution, colors, bleed, and other technical specifications.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand design requirements and deliver creatives within deadlines.
- Make design modifications and revisions based on feedback.




- Maintain consistency in branding across print and digital communication.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
- Stay updated with current graphic design trends, layouts, and creative styles.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–6 years of skilled experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Strong hands-on experience with CorelDRAW (CDR) is mandatory.
- Excellent knowledge of booklet, brochure, flyer, catalogue, and print-material designing.
- Good experience creating social media posts and digital marketing creatives.
- Strong understanding of typography, color combinations, composition, alignment, and visual hierarchy.
- Knowledge of print production and preparing print-ready files.
- Ability to understand design briefs and convert ideas into creative visual concepts.
- Good attention to detail and ability to maintain design consistency.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
- Good time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Candidate must be based in Lucknow.

Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator will be an added advantage.
- Experience working on branding and marketing collateral will be preferred.
- Basic understanding of digital/social media design specifications.
- Experience in designing for both print and digital media.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
