MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage and grow sales through distributors and dealers in the assigned area
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, and contractors
- Achieve primary and secondary sales targets
- Expand market presence and identify projcts/opportunities for Channel expansion
- Track competitor activity and share market intelligence
- Ensure execution of sales schemes and promotional activities

QUALIFICATION

- Any Graduate from a recognized university.
- Part Time M.B.A. / Full Time in Marketing from a recognized university.

EXPERIENCE:

- 3-10 years of experience, 3 years of relevant experience in a Similar role/relevant and from a Building materials industry.

SKILLS:

- Channel Sales Exposure
- Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Should own at least a 2-wheeler.
- Smart, Presentable with Solid communication skills.
- Well Organised and able to meet deadlines.
- Takes Initiatives.
