Key Responsibilities

- Business Requirement Gathering:
- Interact with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements for trading platforms, back-office systems, and client interfaces.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and process flow diagrams.
- Process Analysis & Improvement:
- Analyze existing workflows in broking operations (account opening, order management, settlements, risk management).
- Identify gaps and recommend automation or efficiency improvements.
- Project Management Support:
- Collaborate with IT, product, and vendor teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and prepare status reports for senior management.
- Testing & Implementation:
- Prepare UAT (User Acceptance Test) cases and perform testing of trading platforms, RMS, OMS, and mobile/web applications.
- Ensure smooth rollout of recent systems and features with minimal operational disruption.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Use data to identify business trends, client behavior, and trading patterns to support decision-making.
- Develop MIS reports and dashboards for management.
- Regulatory & Compliance Coordination:




- Work with compliance teams to ensure SEBI and exchange-related norms are incorporated in business processes and systems.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Act as a bridge between business users, technology, and vendors.
- Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong understanding of stock broking operations, trading systems (NSE/BSE), RMS, and back-office processes.
- Proficiency in requirement gathering, data analysis, and business documentation.
- Hands-on experience with MS Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau (preferred).
- Knowledge of UAT processes, SDLC, and Agile methodology.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.

Qualifications & Experience

- Education: Graduate in Commerce/Finance/Engineering; MBA/PGDM in Finance, IT, or Operations preferred.
- Experience: 5–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in stock broking, capital markets, or financial services domain.
- Certifications (Preferred): NCFM / NISM Series Certifications, Agile BA certification.

- Timely delivery of business requirements and projects.
- Reduction in process inefficiencies.
- Accuracy and completeness of BRDs and UAT documentation.
- Stakeholder satisfaction and communication effectiveness.
- Compliance with regulatory and audit requirements.
