About the RoleWe are looking for experienced Performance Marketing / Delivery professionals to join our Delivery Team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in campaign execution, publisher management, campaign optimization, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and handle publisher accounts and maintain robust publisher relationships.
- Coordinate with publishers for campaign execution, tracking, and delivery.
- Identify, acquire, and onboard new publishers relevant to campaign requirements.
- Manage publisher relationships and ensure consistent campaign performance.
- Track and monitor campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and drive improvements.
- Work with tracking platforms such as AppsFlyer and Adjust.
- Ensure smooth campaign delivery and timely resolution of operational issues.
- Manage campaign revenue and contribute towards scaling high-performing campaigns.
- Prepare and maintain campaign performance reports and provide relevant insights.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external publishers to ensure campaign objectives are met.

Required Skills & Experience




- 1.5–3 years of relevant experience in Performance Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, or Campaign Delivery.
- Hands-on experience in publisher/account management and coordination.
- Understanding of campaign tracking, optimization, and reporting.
- Experience working with AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar mobile attribution platforms.
- Strong understanding of campaign delivery, revenue management, and scaling.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
