Role Description The Senior Executive Human Resources will manage day-to-day HR operations and support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and exit processes.

Responsibilities include implementing and updating HR policies, maintaining employee records, handling employee relations and grievance resolution, and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and organizational standards. The role will also involve coordinating training and development initiatives, supporting payroll inputs,



and collaborating with leadership on workforce planning and engagement activities. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangalore Rural, requiring close coordination with manufacturing and operational teams.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Practical knowledge of HR Operations, including recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and HRIS or similar systems.
- Strong background in Employee Relations, with the ability to manage grievances, foster engagement, and maintain a positive workplace culture.
- Experience in drafting, implementing, and updating HR Policies aligned with legal requirements and organizational goals.
- Working knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and best practices in HR for Indian organizations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to collaborate across levels and departments.
- Ability to work on-site in Bangalore Rural and support plant-level HR needs in a fast-paced environment.
