We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Senior Executive Human Resources (Talent Acquisition) to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support the organization's talent acquisition strategy. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the healthcare industry.

Role & responsibilities:

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and develop effective hiring plans.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, networking, and other channels.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
- Conduct preliminary interviews and evaluate candidates based on technical and behavioral competencies.
- Negotiate compensation, prepare offer letters, and manage the offer-to-joining process.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees by coordinating with internal stakeholders.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and HR documentation with accuracy.
- Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate,



and source effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws throughout the hiring process.
- Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment consultants, educational institutions, and professional networks.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives, job fairs, campus recruitment, and recruitment drives as required.
- Support HR projects and initiatives related to talent management and workforce planning.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment in the healthcare industry
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and hiring best practices.
- Experience hiring for healthcare roles such as doctors, nurses, allied health professionals, and corporate/support functions is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and recruitment tools.
- Excellent interviewing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously while meeting hiring timelines.
- Good negotiation and candidate engagement skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
