Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced, high-energy Senior Executive – Event Management to lead end-to-end event planning, production, and execution. In this role, you will bridge client expectations with ground execution, managing multi-event timelines, vendors, on-site teams, and event budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Event Planning & Execution: Conceptualize, plan, and execute corporate events, brand activations, product launches, and commercial exhibitions end-to-end.
2. Client Coordination: Function as the primary client point of contact; understand client briefs, present event proposals, and maintain solid relationship management throughout the project lifecycle.
3. Vendor & Production Management: Source,



negotiate with, and manage vendors, fabricators, AV tech teams, and venue managers to ensure quality production and cost efficiency.
4. On-Site Operations: Direct on-site event setup, stage logistics, show running, manpower deployment, and troubleshooting under tight deadlines.
5. Budgeting & Operations: Assist in crafting event proposals, cost estimates, timelines, and post-event reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, multi-tasking, and vendor management capabilities.
2. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, Bengali, and Hindi.
3. Problem-Solving: Proactive attitude with an ability to stay calm and deliver under high-pressure, fast-paced event environments.

Pay: ₹30,000.95 - ₹60,000.00 per month
