We are hiring for Senior Executive Center Operations to support the Center Lead in managing end-to-end Data Quality (DQ) operations for UIDAI/Aadhaar enrolment and update packets.



The role focuses on ensuring strict adherence to UIDAI guidelines, achieving quality SLAs, managing ageing inventory, and driving team performance.

Location: Ajmer, Rajasthan

Working days: 6 days WFO (Rotational - Morning/ Afternoon shifts)

Key Responsibilities

1. UIDAI DQ Operations Management

- Manage daily processing of Aadhaar enrolment/update packets as per UIDAI guidelines.
- Ensure adherence to TAT for packet verification and submission.
- Monitor packet allocation, queue management, and workload balancing.
- Track and clear ageing packets within defined timelines.

2. Quality & Compliance (UIDAI Standards)

- Ensure compliance with UIDAI Data Quality norms and SOPs.
- Monitor rejection rates, error codes, and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct regular audits on demographic and biometric data validation.
- Minimize penalties by maintaining quality below defined SLA thresholds.

3. Team Handling

- Supervise DQ operators, verifiers, and quality analysts.
- Plan shifts, rosters, and ensure optimal resource utilization.
- Conduct refresher trainings on UIDAI guidelines and error trends.
- Handle escalations related to quality issues and processing delays.

4. Performance Tracking & Reporting

- Monitor daily targets (packets processed vs allocated).
- Prepare and share MIS reports (daily/weekly/monthly).
- Track KPIs such as productivity, rejection %, and backlog.
- Highlight risks such as underperformance, ageing backlog or SLA breaches.

5. Audit & Documentation

- Ensure readiness for UIDAI/internal audits.
- Maintain proper documentation and audit trails.
- Ensure adherence to data privacy and confidentiality norms.

6. Coordination

- Liaise with Center Lead, HO team, and UIDAI stakeholders (if required).
- Communicate process updates, SOP changes, and targets to team.
- Ensure timely resolution of operational and technical issues.
