Role Description This is a full-time, in office role for a Senior Electrical Engineer located in Dharwad.

The Senior Electrical

Engineer will lead the design, planning, and implementation of electrical systems for facility management projects, including power distribution, utilities, and electromechanical services.

Responsibilities include preparing detailed electrical designs and layouts, conducting load calculations, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes, safety standards, and certifications. The role involves overseeing installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical works, troubleshooting complex electrical issues,



and optimizing power systems for reliability and efficiency.

The Senior Electrical

Engineer will coordinate with project managers, clients, and cross-functional teams, provide technical guidance to junior engineers and technicians, and support cost estimation, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Electrical Engineering and comprehensive knowledge of Electricity fundamentals.
- Candidates should possess proven expertise in Electrical Design, including schematics, layout preparation, and system integration.
- Candidates should possess solid experience in Power Distribution, covering low- and medium-voltage systems in commercial or industrial facilities.
- Candidates should possess in-depth understanding of Power Systems, including protection, load flow, and system reliability.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
- Several years of progressive experience in electrical engineering, preferably in facilities management, construction, or industrial projects.
- Strong knowledge of relevant electrical codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Proficiency with electrical design and CAD software, as well as basic project management tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and safety.
- Ability to lead teams, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and meet project deadlines in office.
