Key Responsibilities

Cloud Infrastructure &

- Architecture

- Design, manage, and optimize AWS infrastructure including EC2, ECS, EKS, ALB, IAM, CodeDeploy, AppConfig, SSM, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, Lambda, and S3

- Own IAM architecture — design roles, cross-account access, and troubleshoot permission issues at a policy level

- Monitor infrastructure health and cost using CloudWatch dashboards/alarms and CloudTrail audit logs

- Build and maintain serverless components using Lambda where applicable

CI/CD &

- Automation

- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins (Groovy scripting, shared libraries) and GitHub Actions

- Manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and configuration management using Ansible

- Automate infrastructure and deployment tasks using Python and PowerShell/Shell scripting

- Support and troubleshoot .NET/MSBuild pipelines (NuGet, build performance, Razor compilation).

Security &

- Compliance

- Integrate SAST and DAST tools into CI/CD pipelines to enforce secure coding and deployment practices

- Lead security incident response, including credential exposure remediation and access audits

- Manage GitHub organization security — GitHub Apps authentication, PAT governance, repo-level access controls.

Platform Support

- Administer and troubleshoot infrastructure across both Linux and Windows Server platforms





- Work with SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) for database access, query troubleshooting, and coordination with development teams on database-related deployment issues

- Support Kubernetes (EKS) workloads — deployments, IAM Identity Center access, cluster-level troubleshooting

Qualifications &

- Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

- 5–7 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, CloudOps, DevOps or related roles.
